Fellowship Framework

Learn Fellowship uses national competency frameworks adopted by public education bodies, and instituted by a public act. Therefore the Learn fellowship framework is aligned with competence frameworks. A member can govern the competence framework using the Open Constitution AI network’s fiscal host mechanism.
