Skill Certification

Learn Fellowship has a competence framework based on international standards.

Fellows also use the Program Certification for recommendations into their future fields of endeavour. For several reasons, the clerical process of Registrar of Certificates have been deployed on a publicly accessible but private information system.

The network AI system has an accessible database of academic and skill certificates awarded to the candidate by any educational institute.

The meta of the skill certificates are recorded as a transaction using the open-source Hyperledger Fabric.

A hash function is used to obtain a one-way encrypted and compressed copy of the students' certifications. The hashes can also be autonomously stored on the blockchain after the verification process is done.

The ledger can also be referred by any third-party organization, present in the network to verify the authenticity of the certificates using the information provided by the Learn Fellowship candidate to the AI.
